Globe Trigger respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Site to do the same. I will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and similar international laws.
1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing the following information to the designated contact below:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) on this site.
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Where to Send Notices

3. My Response
Upon receiving a valid notice, I will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material in a timely manner, and notify the party who posted the material.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing your identification, the material removed and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court.
5. Repeat Infringers
I reserve the right to remove content and, where applicable, restrict access for users determined to be repeat infringers.
